How Easy to Mount Your of Flat Screen TV With Ease
Written by Author on March 10th, 2010Worried about the installation of your flat screen TV? Reading this article will keep all your worries away from you. For wall mounting of your TV, the first thing you need is TV wall mount brackets.
There are three types of brackets and which form the basis of the three types of wall mounting of flat screen. The low low-profile, tilting and full-motion are the three types of wall mount available in the market. Each of them have their distinct plus and minus points. Let’s look at the different Flat Screen TV Wall Mounts
Low-Profile TV Wall Mount
Comparing to other two types of mount brackets, the low-profile is the easiest one to install and also a cost-effective option. The low-profile bracket is as simple to install as you hang a portrait on the wall. Though a low-profile is the easiest way to mount your TV, it restricts you in moving your TV from its position once the installation is complete. This limitation makes it difficult when you try to change your cables. Since it’s a flat panel and mounted on a wall, you will have to physically take the TV out of the wall every time when you need to change its cables.
TV Wall Mount Using Tilting Brackets
The price of this types of wall mount brackets comes in between that of the low-profile wall mount brackets and the full-motion wall mounting brackets. In general, tilting TV mount is not very difficult and is very much similar to a low-profile mount. The key benefit that a titling wall mounting gives you that you will be able to set your vertical angle viewing, which is not possible in a low-profile mount. The tilting wall mounts have a pivot in the middle of the mounting brackets. This pivot helps to maintain a great viewing angle as per the convenience of the viewer. It’s not so difficult to change cables in a tilting mount, which is virtually impossible in case of a low-profile mount.
TV Wall Mount Using Full-Motion Brackets
Though a full-motion TV wall mount is the most expensive one, you enjoy a great convenience when you will get the ability to give your TV a full motion. Other two types of the mounts are less expensive than a full-motion mount. These are generally complex to install. They come with moving pieces or arms which make the installation a bit complicated. And thus, you will need 2-3 extra men to help you try to hang your TV on the wall using a full-motion mount bracket.
