TVI Express, Another Matrix Rip Off?

Written by Me MLM-er on March 31st, 2010

TVI Express, a sound business or a modern day Ponzi? Find out for yourself in this review of this questionable company.

Travel Ventures International (TVI) are based in Heathrow, London, UK (apparently).

Launched in 2009 there has been much talk of this company and apparently there have been some very significant incomes created, this led me to do some research into TVI. Whilst scouring through their information I couldn’t help but think ‘What is the product being sold’ It’s never a good thing when this happens as you begin to think you have stumbled upon a pyramid scam of some description.

Even after some more digging around I was none the wiser. The only ‘product’ I could find was a holiday voucher for 5 nights in a hotel which you get when you sign up (which costs $250) and the assurance of ‘good deals’ on travel & holidays as and when they become available

My difficulty with this company is that it is unclear what the product actually is, other than the opportunity itself

What ways can you make money with this opportunity?

A distributor will make their money from getting others to sign up and pay the $250. To get your first payment of $500 ($250 of it is an e-voucher) you must enter the ‘travel board’ and ‘cycle’ your way to the top. This is a rotating matrix system. Next you move up to the express board and you again ‘cycle’ your way up to the top of the matrix and then supposedly you will get paid $10,000. $250 will get you into the scheme and you won’t have to make any further payments. In order to qualify for the bonus payment you need to sponsor just 2 people.

Given that the entry fee is just $250 how can members earn such large amounts from just 2 new recruits? There is a hugh influx of people paying their $250 to get in to the matrix right now, all dreaming that they are going to become wealthy in just a couple of months and as long as this keeps happening everyone is able to keep cycling through the matrix and being ‘pushed’ to the top and exiting with their $10,000. Members can repeat this as many times as they like for the time they stay in the program (so TVI says).

It’s inevitable that this type of scheme will boom & bust. Being no products as such (other than the ‘hope’ of wealth) then the minute folks stop joining and paying $250, so the matrix will cease to rotate and its game over. As a distributor of a traditional Network Marketing company, if saturation occurs then you would still make money because you are actually selling a product and people are buying it.

So is TVI a rip off?

I like to base my decision on the company’s products and if they provide value to the customer. Also I think about if the product would sell on its own if there wasn’t the enticement of an MLM comp plan attached to it. TVI Express fails on both points in my opinion.

Would you be wise to invest into TVI?

Well the compensation plan looks extremely impressive. Don’t try and sponsor anyone that you value their friendship though. I have seen comments that indicate payments are not necessarily cash, but instead you get vouchers, which can be redeemed for holiday and travel arrangements.

This TVI Express review throws a dim light on this company, I would recommend you find another opportunity to join. If you want to discover the secrets to explode any legitimate opportunity online, visit my MLM strategy blog today.
