Commissions from personal sales and also from the sales of its team associates (that is the recruited distributors).

Now those who join a MLM company can also purchase company products for their personal use and a distributor gets paid for that too.

So basically there are 3 ways in which a distributor gets paid.

The first one is through personal sale of company products (this is used as a front end cash for further developing one’s business).

The second way is through the sale of products used for personal consumption by it’s distributors.

The third way is through the sale of products to the end consumers carried out by your entire team.

The second and third sources provide some serious revenue for those who work hard to build a large and stable team.

A good marketing plan as well as training is required to be successful in a Network Marketing business.

All of this may sound daunting for newcomers, but once they goes through the training period and get down to buiulding and developing their business, they will most certainly learn a lot more about this business as well as this industry.
