Assuming that your network marketing company gives great products and an attractive pay plan it seems incredible to see that so often individuals who come into this industry fail to make much money and create for themselves a stable financial future. The earning power that this business system offers definately is powerful when you look at the power of building a downline and having hundreds of people below you all eager to grow their business, one would assume you could literally just watch the money pour in.

Over the last few weeks I’ve had conversations with several network marketers, some are seeing success and some are failing fast, I believe that the most common reasons people are not making the grade is because of poor training and not taking enough action! Sad but true that a lot of network marketing companies and uplines simply don’t provide the required training in order for new recruits to get money into their pockets quickly. Retention rates in this business are about 15% which is crazy! Many new networkers feel that they just simply do not get the support they need from their uplines and coupled with the fact that most of the old school prospecting methods are not really pulling in the results they used to.

An essential principle to learn is that of attraction marketing, I learnt from the great master himself Mike Dillard and since implementing his way of thinking things have never been the same again… in any aspect of my life! If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. If you are branding yourself correctly you will magnetize the correct people to you and you start to build trust and authority with them and done correctly prospects are going to become interested in you and your primary business.

If you want to practise attraction marketing then the internet is the ideal place to do this. Take heed though, don’t become an annoying spammer by putting links everywhere saying ‘Best Opportunity ever, make $5,000 tonight, Best Payout ever’ etc…you know the sort of thing, just take a look in your email spam box. New prospects want to know who you are before they agree to buy your stuff of join your company, it stands to reason you will stick out from the crowd by branding yourself and what you can propose to your prospects in the way of knowledge, training and products. Always give real value!

Always remember to captivate the attention of your prospects you must offer them outstanding value, go the extra mile and be someone who stands out from the marketing noise and become respected and become the hunted. You will be making the most of your mlm recruiting . Its very important that you have systems employed that will take care of much of the relationship building on auto-pilot, systems like autoresponders and using video marketing, emails you enter one time and then can be sent to millions of people, videos you shoot once and can be watched by by new people time and time again.

Again all this you must teach to your team. Attraction marketing is the clear winner, not spam marketing. By passing on these these strategies to your downline you will enjoy a far superior retention rate. There is much more I want to share with you, but I will need to write another article for that
